These terms govern your use of TalismanLeads. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
By creating an account or using TalismanLeads (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms form a binding agreement between you and TalismanLeads.
TalismanLeads checks whether the phone numbers and email addresses you upload are registered or valid on the platforms you select, across WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook and many others, and returns the results for you to download.
The Service checks registration and validity only. It does not send messages, access account contents, or require any login, QR code or SIM. Some free tools are available without an account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You may use the Service only lawfully and responsibly. You agree that:
The Service runs on a prepaid wallet. You top up a balance in advance and are billed per line checked, with a small minimum charge per product.
Checks that have been performed consume credits and are non-refundable, except where required by law. Prices and minimums may change, and we will show current pricing before you run a check.
Checks are best-effort. Platform data changes constantly and is controlled by third parties, so we cannot guarantee that every result is complete, accurate or current. Results are provided for your own assessment and are not advice.
The Service, including its software, text and branding, is owned by TalismanLeads or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms. The lists you upload and your results remain yours.
TalismanLeads is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp, Telegram, Meta/Facebook or any other platform it checks. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalismanLeads will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TalismanLeads from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these terms, including any unlawful processing of the data you upload.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse the Service or create risk for us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
